Some experts have been discussing the benefits of online recruitment.

According to HR Zone, the job hunting method is very useful and it may be “cheaper, speedier and a better return on investment” for those businesses which choose to make use of it.

Richard Bray, sales director for Changeboard, reminded enterprises that the same rules still apply to online recruitment.

He states that “a well-worded advert” is vital to lure people aware from their current jobs and consider a new career, especially during the recession,

Julian Acquari, from Monster, agrees, saying: “Make the job as interesting and as engaging as possible.”

In related news, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation has claimed that the government needs to do more to help those who have just been made redundant, as well as long term job seekers.
