We charge a simple flat fee based on the salary band of your role and use a range of online resources for a 4 week period to fill your vacancy.

Webrecruit pioneered this recruitment model and has been delivering, enhancing and advancing this service since 2001.

We utilise numerous online resources to find you the perfect candidate, including:

• General Job Boards (covering all sectors)

• Specialist Job Boards (covering specific industries and job types)

• Social Networking Sites (such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)

• Online Headhunting (proactively searching through numerous online CV databases)

• The Webrecruit site (we currently receive around 17,000 unique hits a month)

• Job Alerts Service (with around 26,000 registered candidates)

We take your job spec, compile an optimised version of your vacancy and then proceed to target suitable candidates via all of the above methods.

If you are unsuccessful in filling your vacancy, then we simply refund your money in full.
