Although I was a little sceptical about web based recruitment, my experience with webrecruit has been amazing. I was well advised on the most effective presentation of the vacancy and within hours of approving the specification I had applicant of exactly the right quality and with the correct skill sets. Receiving the CV’s by email made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend this route and am already using webrecruit to fill my next vacancy. Other recruitment agencies would have charged around £10k in fees so webrecruit has been extremely good value for money.
