Webrecruit’s innovative recruitment model is now being recognised by the industry as a full-service agency.

Constantly evolving, the company has made the bold move of distancing itself from its online counterparts by introducing a number of new changes, whilst retaining their low cost, flat fee price.

Over the last few months, the company has been in close consultation with BERR, the Department for Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform, to ensure their innovative model is fully compliant with recruitment industry acts, and ultimately, offers clients and candidates a better service.

James Caan, the company’s newly appointed chairman commented: "Webrecruit continues to be a pioneer in the industry by moving the traditional sector into the digital age and always adopting best practise. The work we are doing with BERR highlights the efforts we are making to be recognised as a full-service agency, and provides assurance to our clients and candidates".

In 2001 the company introduced the first online flat fee approach to the recruitment market. And despite the increasing number of recruiters moving into the flat fee space, they’ve always stayed one step ahead of the competition whilst dramatically reducing businesses’ cost-per-hire.

Jay Cholewinski, one of the company’s directors said: “We’re finally achieving what we set out to do: offering the UK’s businesses with a full recruitment service for a fraction of the price. We’re also behind BERR’s drive to ensure industry standards. These regulations are integral to the industry and will only benefit the sector”.

When applying for a position through webrecruit, candidates are provided with further information about a role and are asked to provide essential documentation as required by the regulations. These new changes will present clients with a better match for their vacancy, and candidates, the confidence in knowing the role they’re applying for is genuine.

As a result of the recession, the recruitment industry has seen a dramatic influx in applications from jobseekers. What was once a solution for recruiters is now a problem. The company’s improved processes will bring clients closer to their ideal applicant, whilst removing the burden of having to wade through unsuitable CVs.

The company’s service is also fitting for the times. Webrecruit helps businesses to reduce their cost-per-hire by utilising a range of complimentary online resources. And if a client’s vacancy is unsuccessful, they offer a full money-back guarantee.
