Recruitment help for mothers

Online recruitment could be a way for mothers to get back to work as the government has been called upon to do more to help them find jobs once they have had children.
Recruiter has reported that talent is not being recognised and many women end up in positions for which they are over qualified.
E-recruitment could be an easy way for them to search for vacancies from home if they are still looking after children.
Emma Stewart, director of partnerships at Women Like Us, said employers need help "to realise the wealth of talent and experience that exists amongst women with children across all skill levels".
She also believes that mothers need help accessing return to work services and ways to get themselves noticed as a potential candidate for employers.
Last month, Gordon Brown pledged to provide free nursery places for every two year old, meaning mothers may have a better chance of getting back into employment.
